Tent has performed well in the New Mexico desert environment. Stands up well to high winds and sand. Cozy warm in the winter. Extremely easy to set up. Huge space inside. Sturdy material and construction. Stakes are robust. Keeps the rain out. Keeps the wind out. Best tent I've ever had. I use it to camp for a week at a time at least 4 times a year.
What a great Tent. We just got our tent, seasoned it and took it from Washington to Minnesota for a camping trip. The tent set up easy and pretty quickly. During our camping trip it poured rain for about 5 hours and the tent had zero leaks and was a pleasure to get into and out of the rain. A bit of advice, When setting up your tent don't pull the tent bottom tight and stake it out. Unfold the tent and stake it out the way it is on the ground, don't pull on the elastic stake rings or the tent bottom will be to tight and you will have a hard time getting the tent poles in the tent, Also follow the tent seams when setting your guy lines, it helps a bunch if you have the guy lines align with the tent seams. Anyhow what a great tent, I have it set up in my yard right now to sleep in when I want to. Great product. I would buy it again.
Worked cameras for a week-long festival. It rained like crazy nearly every day. This kept me and my gear dry when other tents were leaking and flooding. The hardcore zippers are awesome.
